Performer Refutes Anti-Vaccine Views After Lending His Voice To Disputed Coronavirus Feature

The "Taken" star has given his vocal talents to a recent film that casts doubt on the efficacy of immunizations and commends former health official Robert F Kennedy Jr.

The Feature's Provocative Foundation

Called "Plague of Corruption," the film is adapted from a popular book written by Judy Mikovits, who became famous during the pandemic for allegations that Covid was a result of a faulty batch of the flu vaccine.

The book's writing partner, Kent Heckenlively, has also written books with controversial radio host a known commentator. He took to social media praising Neeson's involvement in the project.

An Unequivocal Statement

Representatives for the actor have provided a comment firmly refuting implications that he holds anti-vaccine sentiments.

"Many understand that corruption can exist within the medical sector, but that should never be conflated with being against vaccines," the statement explains. "Liam never has been, and remains not, anti-vaccination. His extensive work with the global charity highlights his enduring support for worldwide vaccination initiatives."

The statement noted that the star did not shape the film's narrative and that inquiries about its content should be directed to the creators.

Major Themes Featured in the Documentary

According to the documentary, the script read by Neeson includes several provocative points:

  • It claims that pro-vaccine voices have demanded "unconditional submission" to health authorities.
  • It argues that "science has become highly influenced by politics."
  • RFK Jr is shown claiming, "The major issue with vaccines is that they simply are not properly vetted."
  • The narration takes aim at Covid lockdowns, saying they caused severe distress that led to the loss of thousands of lives.
  • On the topic of Covid vaccines, it cites a report that they were "rushed to market" and seen as "risky trials."

Past Context and Ongoing Disputes

It also references a historical film about AIDS medication trials on children, which was afterwards the focus of a correction by the network for unbalanced reporting.

In recent weeks, RFK Jr directed the national health agency to change its long-held position that there is no causal relationship between vaccines and autism. This claim is echoed in the documentary, despite a fresh analysis from the global health body reiterating no such link has been found.

An Earlier Record of Support

Contrasting the documentary's message, Neeson has previously expressed clear advocacy for vaccines in his role as a charity ambassador.

In 2022, he referred to vaccines as "an extraordinary achievement," stating that "The discourse about vaccines in lately has forgotten how much benefit they have done... It is perhaps one of the biggest human endeavors in human history."

The documentary finishes with Neeson's narration stating, "This isn't the finish of our journey. This is the beginning of a different phase."
